Dental Insurance Information

Your dental health is important to us at Boundary Dental Clinic and it should never be compromised due to finances. We provide all types of dental treatment and therefore we strive to thoroughly explain all of your treatment options so you can make the most informed decision. Prior to proceeding with any treatment, all your questions will be answered and any fees and financial arrangements will be thoroughly discussed with you.  As a courtesy to our patients at Boundary Dental Clinic, we will submit your dental insurance claims directly to your insurance provider. At your initial dental appointment we will record all your insurance information and, with signed consent, we will submit these claims on your behalf.  

Your Dental insurance plan is a contract between you, your employer and your insurance provider and therefore it is important for you to understand what is covered including financial limits or any changes to the plan. Most people are given a dental plan booklet regarding their coverage and we can help answer any question you may have about it. Alternatively, you can talk to your human resources department or the insurances company directly to find out what your plan covers.

As most dental plans do not cover the entire cost of a dental procedure, there may be a portion owing at the time the services are performed.  As a result, Boundary Dental Clinic gladly accepts cash, debit, Visa, and Master Card.
